This print will be created from my original digital painting and is printed on a museum-quality Giclee paper— Hahnemühle photo rag paper with deckled edge and no border. This is an unframed print— frame is not included. Each print has my digital artist signature on it in the lower left or right corner.

Each print is custom and “made-to-order.”

Select: no customizations, all customizations (name/message, address, and est), just the name/message, just the address, or just the establishment date.

For each text box (name/message, address, and established) type in desired text.

Please proofread all text before checking out to ensure your custom home portrait is with no mistakes. If any punctuation is added they will be included.

Step 4:

Wait 1-3 days for an email requesting you to proof your custom home portrait.

*The email provided at checkout will be the email used to send the proof.

Note: If you do not proof your custom home portrait after 48 hours of the email request, it will be shipped to you as is.

Guidelines for uploaded photos:

The image you upload is the most important part of your order and crucial to the quality of the final house portrait. Let’s review the following guidelines to make sure your artwork is picture perfect:

Upload or take a photo of your house during daylight
Use a smartphone or high quality camera
Avoid any large shadows on the house
Please avoid using any filters to ensure I can color your house correctly
Close garage doors
Remove any cars from the driveway and/or front of the house
Tidy up the front yard
Hide rubbish and trash cans
Remove any visible garden or water hoses
The best photos are taken front-on to the house from either the end of the driveway or street
Black & white or scanned photos are not accepted
Not able to take a photo of the house yourself? I also accept images from real estate websites (eg. Zillow) and Google Street View (Google Maps)
