The Mission

100% of the proceeds from this collection are donated directly to the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA). Since 1919, the NPCA has been the leading non-partisan voice for our parks, ensuring they remain resilient and protected for generations to come.

The Work

These original charcoal miniature sketches are created while traveling full-time in my vintage 1976 Avion. By collecting a piece from this series, you are directly contributing to the vital work of preserving the air, water, and wildlife that make our national parks a sanctuary for us all.

• Q: Does the painting come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

A: Yes. Every original in every collection is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, the name of the piece, the date of creation, signature, and the specific National Park or location where the study was conducted.

• Q: Will the colors fade over time?

A: I use professional, artist-grade gouache, acrylic pigments, & charcoal known for their high lightfastness and opacity. To ensure the colors remain as vibrant as the day they were painted, I recommend framing your miniature with protective glass and avoiding humid environments like bathrooms or direct sunlight locations.

• Q: Is the packaging suitable for gifting?

A: Absolutely. Each miniature is treated as a piece of history. The painting (and accompanying poem for The Journey collection) are wrapped in aesthetic materials and presented in a way that is ready for gifting to a fellow hiker, park enthusiast, or collector.

• Q: Do you take commissions for specific National Park locations or other locations?
