Poem:
STILL BECOMING
Golden ember burns in days stretched long
Through blackened forest glow
Something clings beneath the light—
A white terrain of dormant past
Jagged ice seeping into void
Green unfurling from hollows chill
Tender flourishing through charred seams
To remember:
Everything in bloom
Leans on what withered
All that rises
Roots in what fell
